Public Holidays

This window enables the user to set public holidays in a year in order for the system to automatically post public holiday payments to employees paid by the Auto Pay facility.

Prerequisites

  • Hours Type Codes with a Classification of 'P'
  • Level Codes 1 (Company) as a minimum

Rules and Guidelines

  • Each public holiday is defined with a date containing the day, month, and year.
  • Public holidays must be defined each year.
  • The "Region", "Date", and "Description" fields of any existing record can be edited.
  • Records can be cloned on this screen.
